This spicy sensation is fueled by premium Akaushi beef stew meat and a vibrant medley of fresh ingredients, promising to ignite your taste buds and energize your outdoor escapades.

This recipe is a favorite here in West Texas, given to me by my dad. It makes a great stew that has a mild kick from the jalapeno and pepper.

Instructions: Tear the top from the bag, remove the oxygen absorber, pour in 8-10 oz. of boiling water, stir, seal, and wait about 10 minutes, and then open and enjoy.

What is Akaushi beef?

Akaushi beef is a breed of Wagyu cattle imported from Japan around 1994. They are known for their marbling and flavor. Their fat unlike other breeds is high in oleic acid and conjugated linoleic acid and they are naturally high in HDL cholesterol (the good kind).
